If you haven't heard of coliving or community housing, it's a neat way of living with other people to have an opportunity to make new friendships and have an upgraded standard of living (bigger house with more perks like a VR system, hottub, lots of common space, huge kitchen, workout equipment and huge backyard).

Every house is different. In Alexandria, there's a desire for shared values in optimism, kindness, cleanliness and caring about one's life and career path.

There are group trips to SF, shared meals, movie nights, workshops and more - and everyone is free to do whatever they want. Some people are more social, some less. There are no required activities, and it is definitely not a frat or party house.
